Civil Ashram Tech is the technology division of Civil Ashram, a business registered in Kota, Rajasthan, India, working with clients worldwide.
Who we are
Civil Ashram does two things. Civil Ashram Tech builds and looks after technology for businesses. Civil Ashram IAS helps people preparing for the civil services examinations, with a community of more than sixteen thousand learners.
They sound unrelated. They are not. Both exist because good guidance is usually locked behind a price or a gatekeeper, and both were started to remove that barrier — for a business owner who has been quoted a number nobody explained, and for a student who cannot afford coaching.
We are registered as a sole proprietorship in Kota, Rajasthan, India, with GSTIN 08CRXPP9491C1ZV. We work in English and Hindi, and we serve clients wherever they are.
What we believe
If we cannot explain what we are building and why it costs what it costs, in words you already know, then we do not understand it well enough ourselves.
You should never open an invoice and be surprised. Fixed price against a written scope, and anything outside it is priced separately and approved by you first.
Code, accounts, domains, data. All of it, from day one. We will never hold a login hostage to keep a client, and we will help you leave if you want to.
A single shop and a company of ten thousand get the same care. The work is different. The attention is not.

Being straight about our stage
Honestly
You will not find client logos, testimonials or a count of projects delivered on this site, because we are not going to invent them. When we have work we are proud of and permitted to name, it will appear here with the client’s name attached.
What we can show you is software we have built and now run ourselves — Arth Messenger, our QR Generator and Find My Photos are all live and open to anyone. That is a harder thing to fake than a logo wall.
We would rather win your work by being straight with you and then doing a good job, than by dressing up as something larger.
