AI, Data & Automation
Almost every business we meet wants to talk about artificial intelligence and needs to talk about its data first. Get that right and the automation is straightforward. Skip it and you have an expensive machine confidently giving wrong answers.
What this covers
Anyone who offers you the third without the first two is selling you something.
In most businesses the same customer exists in four systems under three spellings, and nobody can answer a simple question like which products actually make money. The first job is unglamorous: bring it together, clean it up, agree what each field means, and make it possible to ask a question and believe the answer.
Copying figures between systems. Sending the same reminder every week. Producing a report by combining three exports. Chasing an approval. None of this needs intelligence — it needs the steps written down once and then run automatically. This is where most of the saving is, and it is usually the cheapest part of the work.
Now it is worth talking about. Sorting incoming messages by what they are about. Drafting replies a person then checks and sends. Pulling the key figures out of hundreds of invoices. Forecasting demand from your own history. Answering staff questions from your own documents rather than from the internet.
In every one of those, the value comes from your data. That is why we start there.
We will say no to AI making a decision that affects somebody materially without a person reviewing it, and to anything that requires handing sensitive customer data to a third party you have not properly assessed. We would rather lose that piece of work than build it.
What you get
Every engagement ends with working things, not recommendations.
Where it lives, what condition it is in, what it can and cannot answer today, and what it would take to fix. In plain language, with the costs attached.
The manual steps replaced, monitored, and set up to tell somebody when they fail — because an automation that fails silently is worse than no automation.
A small number of figures that matter to your business, updated automatically, readable on a phone. Not a dashboard with forty charts nobody opens.
Exactly what data is involved, where it goes, who can see it, and how long it is kept. You will need this if a customer or a regulator asks, and most firms do not give it to you.
How we price it
This is the one area where quoting before looking would be guesswork, so we do not.
| Option | Price in India | Outside India |
|---|---|---|
| Assessment We look at your data and your manual work, and come back with a costed list of what is worth automating. | ₹90,000 Fixed price | $2,000 |
| One Automation, built Pick the item from the assessment that pays for itself fastest, and we build it. | ₹1,10,000 From | $2,500 |
| Data Foundation Your data brought into one place you can actually trust and ask questions of. | ₹3,35,000 From | $7,500 |
Prices exclude GST. Every one is a fixed price against a written scope — it does not move unless you ask for something that was not in it. See everything we charge, and what each option includes →
We start with a short, fixed-price assessment: we look at what data you have and what you are doing by hand, and come back with what is worth automating, roughly what each piece saves, and what each would cost. That document is yours whether or not you continue with us.
After that, each piece of work is quoted as its own fixed price, and you choose which ones to do and in what order. Most clients start with the one that pays for itself fastest.
Running costs — hosting, and the per-use charges of any AI service — are separate, passed on at cost with no markup, and estimated for you before you commit to anything.
Who this is for
It is worth a conversation if any of these is true:
Honestly
If you came here wanting a chatbot, we may well end up recommending something less exciting and considerably more profitable. That is not us being unambitious — it is that the unglamorous work is where the return actually is.
Common questions
Often not, and we will say so. A great deal of what businesses hope AI will fix is solved better by joining two systems together or writing down a process. We would rather do that than sell you something impressive that does not pay for itself.
That depends entirely on the design, which is why we put it in writing before building. We will tell you exactly what data leaves your systems, who processes it, where it is stored and for how long, and we will design to keep sensitive information out of third-party services wherever it can be kept out.
The short assessment. It is deliberately inexpensive, it takes days rather than months, and it gives you a costed list of what is worth doing. Plenty of clients then do the first item themselves, and that is a perfectly good outcome.
In our experience it moves them off work they dislike, rather than removing them. We would rather automate the two hours of copying and pasting than the person doing it — and businesses that use the freed-up time well tend to get far more out of this than businesses that treat it purely as a saving.
