You do not have to negotiate with us, and we will not negotiate with you. If a price does not fit, we change the size of the job rather than quietly reducing the care that goes into it.

Keeping it running
Nothing built stays finished. Software needs updating, sites need monitoring, and small changes come up. This is what that costs.

No minimum term, no notice period, no exit fee. If a month was not worth what you paid for it, you should be able to stop, and you can.
Our flagship, priced publicly
WhatsApp automation is a product rather than a project, so it is sold by subscription and you can try the whole thing before you pay anything.
The small print, in normal words
All prices exclude tax. Clients in India are charged 18% GST on top, and the total is always shown before you pay.
Clients outside India are billed in US dollars and no GST applies.
Everything except the monthly plans is a fixed price against a written scope. It does not move unless you ask for something new, and we price that separately for you to approve first.
Monthly plans have no minimum term and no notice period. Stop whenever you like.
Advertising budget is paid by you, directly to Google or Meta, into your own account. We never take a percentage of your advertising spend.
Common questions
They are the real prices. Everything except the monthly plans is a fixed price against a written scope, and we would rather publish it than make you ask. If your budget does not reach the tier you want, we will tell you what a smaller version costs rather than quietly cutting corners on the same one.
Because these prices include the parts that are usually left out and charged for later: the setup that lets Google find you, testing on real devices, written handover, training, and thirty days of fixes after launch. A cheaper quote is not always a cheaper project. If price is the deciding factor, the Launch tier exists for exactly that reason.
Yes, and most clients should. A Launch website can grow into a Business one, and an assessment can turn into one automation before it turns into ten. We would rather you bought the smallest thing that solves the problem and came back.
Domain and hosting fees, which you pay directly and which are yours. App store developer accounts. Advertising budget. Paid fonts, photographs or third-party services, which we always price and get approved before buying. Everything else is in the quoted figure.
Yes, 18 per cent on top of the prices shown, for clients in India, and we issue a tax invoice for every payment. Clients outside India are billed in US dollars and no GST applies.
That is our problem, not yours. A fixed price is fixed. The only thing that changes the figure is you asking for something that was not in the written scope, and we price that separately for you to approve before doing it.
